2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests made within 14 days of initial subscription purchase
  • Technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe
  • Duplicate or accidental charges

Refunds are not available for:

  • Partial months of service
  • Change of mind after 14 days of subscription
  • Unused portions of your subscription
