Cloudscockpit.io was founded in 2022 during the pandemic time. Jarjis Imam was working for SoftwareOne as the global Cloud Service Leader, during the period of 2019-2022 the cloud was blooming and all major enterprise were getting ready to migrate to cloud. Jarjis lead the stratigic cloud first migration project at AWS and was the MVP AWS Architect the helped CapitalOne, Kellogg's, SAP and over 20 Banks cloud migration. The challenges with cloud began post migration at the operation layer. Enterprise centralized control implementation can not keep up with constant cloud service releases. Jarjis start focusing on automating 97% of all Cloud ops action using AI Ops. Cloudscockpit designed and built AI ops priority Model that can detect which AWS resource configuration needs to be prioritized and provide action playbooks.

In 2023 the rise of LLM as a service made us shift gear and building integration with LLM became a must have feature. Jarjis starting working on research project that compared RAG patterns and how to produce zero hallucination output from LLMs. Jarjis designed over six AI applications and understood key pitfalls of AI systems. Actionbaord.ai was designed to focus on Human knowledge crystallization and collective knowledge development at rapid speed using AI and Graph Neural Network design patterns. In 2024, Jarjis developed the Action GNN to capture the Action context. Late that year Jarjis designed the Agent system to guide users actions using the True Intelligence RAORA action loop.

Jarjis is a serial entrepreneur and has been working on AI applications since 2019. He has a passion for building products that help people work with clarity and purpose. Ezekiel Love drives product and project strategy at ActionBoard.ai, combining 18+ years of expertise in instructional design, AI automation, and business development. As the architect of the ActionBoard training framework, he transforms complex ideas into actionable, user-centered solutions that scale.

His work blends strategic planning, UX-driven product development, and agile execution—ensuring every feature delivers real-world impact. Ezekiel’s background spans global consulting, AI integration for SMEs, and building automation tools that empower teams to work with clarity and purpose.

He also mentors emerging leaders and advises on AI-powered training ecosystems focused on equitable upskilling and transformation.

Rafa Rayeeda Rahmaani is the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer at ActionBoard.ai, where she leads product strategy, growth planning, and user experience alignment. With prior experience at leading American tech firms and contributing to UN training and development initiatives, she brings a global, impact-driven perspective to every decision.

Rafa has been instrumental in the strategic planning and UX architecture of the ActionBoard.ai platform and website, shaping its flow, messaging, and product storytelling. She works closely with cross-functional teams in product, design, and marketing to ensure that ActionBoard’s AI-driven solutions are tightly aligned with business goals, user expectations, and long-term growth.

Saquib Al Farouq is the Chief Financial Officer at ActionBoard.ai, overseeing financial strategy, capital planning, and operational efficiency. With a sharp eye for sustainable growth and fiscal discipline, he ensures that every investment supports long-term scalability and innovation. Saquib brings deep experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and startup finance, driving the numbers that power ActionBoard’s vision.

Esam Abdelhadi is the Lead AI/MLops Learning Engineer at ActionBoard.ai, where he spearheads the development of cloud AI infrastructure, integration with LLM, monitoring, predictive models, and scalable ML pipelines. With a strong foundation in deep learning, data science, and automation, Esam ensures ActionBoard’s AI remains fast, accurate, and grounded in real-world performance. His work drives the intelligence behind zerohallucination decision-making across the platform.
